Introduction

 

Introduction


The college consists of five departments and one graduate institute such as Department of Early Childhood Caring and Education, Department of Food Nutrition (Food Technology division), Department of Environment and Safety Health Engineering, Department of Occupational Safety and Health (with Graduate Institute), Department of Hospitality Management which were founded.

When the Human Science and Technology Building is in place, we continue founding the Research and Development Center of Nutrition to meet the growing need for more research facilities.

 

Educational Objectives and Curriculum


The College of Human Science and Technology is motivated by “Humanity, Health, Creativity, and Service” principles.

Programs focus on the development and use of science and technology to improve society and influence pract ice ineducat ion, business, and daily living. Each program‘s curriculum is developed in collaboration with educational and business partners to prepare effective professionals.

The major developments in clude health technology, innovatory learning, and industry service.

The College combines teachers in coordinating a plan of development for this school which will to educate positive, skilled, moral and enthusiastic professionals who respect life and wish to raise the quality of life and health of people.

The objective of the College is to raise the position of Chung-Hwa University of Medical Technology to amedical university which is pursuing success in the care of the whole person.
